Terms and Conditions
This Refer a Friend Scheme is available to current merchants of Fiserv that are incorporated or resident in the United Kingdom and that refer a new business on or before 30th June 2026 to Clover and that new merchant begins card acceptance through Clover as a result of that referral.
By passing on the friend’s contact details to Clover, the current merchant confirms they have been granted express permission by the referral merchant to do so. Please note we cannot guarantee security of messages sent by e-mail. Personal Information will only be used to contact the prospective merchant for the purpose of this campaign and no other details will be captured. (Please refer to the Fiserv Binding Corporate Rules for Data Privacy & Protection).
The current merchant and the referred merchant must retain the services of Clover when payment is due. If Clover is required to terminate services to the current merchant or the referral merchant, no reward shall be payable.
Provided all of these rules are met, a Clover agent will send a £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Certificate to an email address supplied and authorised by the current merchant within twelve (12) weeks of the initial card acceptance by the new merchant on condition that the referred friend: 1) signs Clover's standard Terms & Conditions and is subject to its standard account opening procedures and 2) commences card acceptance with Clover within a reasonable time following its acceptance as a new merchant by us.
Clover may suspend, revoke or amend the Refer a Friend scheme at any time for any reason. The offer is non-transferable. The rules of the scheme may be changed without notice and at the sole discretion of Fiserv.
This program cannot be combined with any other promotional or referral offer.
