Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup

Step 1 – Download a compatible authenticator app 
To help protect your account, the new platform uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Please download a compatible authenticator app before your first login, such as Google Authenticator, FreeOTP, Sophos Authenticator, IBM Verify (iOS) or Aegis Authenticator (Android)
 
Step 2 – Log in to the new Virtual Terminal

Step 3 – Complete your MFA setup 
Follow the instructions in the MFA Guide to add an extra layer of protection to your account and help prevent unauthorised access. Most customers complete this process in just a few minutes
